“At Glen Bridge nursery we promote the physical and psychological benefits of horticulture. Through the nurturing of plants we gain an understanding of life processes and sustainability.

The Forge Coffee Shop

In 2003, The Forge Coffee Shop was established to provide an opportunity for service users to develop further skills in the areas of catering and hospitality. It also provides facilities and services for the local community. The service users get an opportunity to train and work in a catering environment and progress to greater levels of independence and integration.

The service users at the Forge work in a creative environment in which they receive training in all areas of food preparation and service. Working together with our team of service users, chefs and counter staff, we have created a range of homemade products under the name Glen Bridge of which we are very proud.

Unfortunately The Forge Coffee Shop is currently closed, until further notice. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our very loyal customers and please watch our website and Facebook page for further updates.
