St. Joseph's Foundation is a non-profit organisation, provides services to children and adults with special needs, in the North Cork & South Limerick area.
At St Joseph’s Foundation we welcome applications from people who would like to complete a work placement with us as part of the course they are attending.
Work placements are a way of finding out what it is like to work in the Foundation and learn about the people who avail of our services.
It is a valuable experience for all involved and on many occasions those who take part apply for positions with us and are successful at interview and join our staff.
To be considered for a work placement you need to completed the work experience/ placement application form and Garda Clearance Form and return them to Monica O’Sullivan in the HR Department.
Garda Clearance can take a number of weeks so you need to apply a few months in advance of the start date of your placement as you will not be able to commence until the Foundation has received Garda Clearance for you.
